SENIOR PROGRAMMER/ARCHITECT

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:
• Manage purchasing and sales processes and documentation
• Manage customer contracts and records
• Liaise as necessary with people inside and outside the company on all administrative matters related to purchases, sales, contracts and customer records
• Maintain company’s accounting records
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (including collection of moneys due)
• Any other administrative support, as required
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required skill(s): Computer usage, contracts handling, basic accounting.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferred language(s): Chinese.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably senior executives specializing in Clerical/General Administration or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

The individual should demonstrate the following capabilities:

• A good ‘computerised paperwork’ and book-keeping ability, displaying a methodical and consistent approach and effectively managing filing
• An ability to use, and rely on, computers for all work needs (without depending on paper-based records or processes)
• A diplomatic and discrete approach, displaying a good attitude of customer-service
• An ability to maintain detailed work records without enforcing too much detail on others
